Payment Methods
We accept Mastercard, Visa,
Discover, American Express, check, money order for online orders.
If you use a credit card, your order will
ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.
Pricing
Prices are subject
to change. If prices have increased, we will inform you before filling your order.
Warranty
All
merchandise have a one year limited manufacturer’s warranty except otherwise specified.
Return Policy
Most merchandise may be
returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. Certain products may not be returned due reasons of hygiene, clearance,
etc. Some products can be returned with a minimum 15% restocking fee. Goods must be returned in its original package in a salable condition with a copy of the original invoice.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless item is defective, or has been damaged during shipment. All returns must
have a Return Authorization (RA) number clearly indicated on the return label. Returns
without an RA # will be rejected. Please call our customer service department
at 706-265-2138 or email service@dansonsmedicaal.com to receive a return
authorization number.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely
to bill the customer for their order.
